IANS Clinical Workshop and Scientific Meeting - $3500
IANS Scientific Meeting - $2500 

 Booth Fees include:
  • Six foot table and two chairs
    • Registration includes two exhibit-only badges, including food and beverage during the conference
      • Discount on hotel rates
        • Conference spreadsheet of the attendee addresses for a one-time mailing


        Exhibit space will be on a first come first served basis
          		  Important Dates:
          • Payment due upon contract receipt
          • Upload company description and logo to IANS Event Platform upon contract receipt
            • May 23, 2025 - Last date for cancellation refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after May 23, 2025 will not receive a refund
            • June 6, 2025- Exhibitor set-up from 8:00am to 12:00pm

            • June 8, 2025 - Exhibitor breakdown after 3pm


              Set-up and breakdown times are subject to change
